All products are handcrafted leather goods. Because each piece is made by hand, minor variations in colour, texture, and finish are natural and are not defects.
By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is unavailable, if payment cannot be authorised, or if we suspect fraud.
Prices are shown in the currency you select (including USD, BDT, and other supported currencies). Conversions are provided for convenience; the amount charged is based on the rate applied at the time of payment. We may change prices at any time without notice. Prices do not include shipping, which is calculated at checkout.
Payment is processed securely through our payment providers at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. We take reasonable steps to protect your payment details; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Shipping is handled according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the carrier.
