Each piece is handcrafted, so please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation once your order ships.
We ship to the destinations offered at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, the size of your order, and the selected shipping method. Rates do not include any customs duties or taxes that may apply on delivery.
Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and are provided by the carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees — delivery times may vary due to customs, local holidays, or carrier conditions beyond our control.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping cost.
Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. If a shipment is lost in transit, we will investigate with the carrier and, where applicable, reship or refund the order in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
