Returns & Refunds Policy

1. 30-Day Returns

We want you to love your piece. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

2. Conditions

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
• All labels and tags must be intact.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

3. How to Request a Return

Contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the return process above and let us know what you would like instead. Exchange availability depends on stock.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been personalised, customised, or made to order cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Because our pieces are handcrafted, minor variations in colour and texture are natural and are not grounds for return.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right — including covering return shipping where applicable.
